New Program Offers Unparalleled Revenue Share Opportunities for Mobile Developers
Ever since Chillingo was founded in 2002, our goal has been to help developers bring great mobile games to consumers. The mobile landscape has changed tremendously over the past decade and Chillingo has played a significant role by becoming one of the industry’s most prominent indie mobile game publishers championing hit titles such as Cut the Rope, Angry Birds, Feed Me Oil and Catapult King to success.
As Chillingo’s third party mobile publishing services continue to thrive with popular indie games including Puzzle Craft, Pixel People and He-Man: The Most Powerful Game in the Universe, we are always searching for new opportunities to connect developers with the global marketplace.
As we embark on the New Year, Chillingo is proud to announce a new program called “100% Indie." An initiative designed to fuel the mobile game developer community via www.100PercentIndie.com. The portal will include resourceful tools, inspiring articles and information to encourage and motivate developers to create incredible games.
Among the exciting things that 100% Indie will offer is a brand new way to connect with industry leader Samsung and earn unparalleled revenue share opportunities.*
“100% Indie” allows developers to tap into the phenomenal growth that Samsung is experiencing. Publishing games on Samsung Apps through this initiative will provide developers with the most competitive pre-negotiated revenue share in the industry. Developers who join the program in the first six months will receive 100 percent revenue for their title, and are guaranteed higher than standard revenue share rates until March 2015*.
We encourage interested developers to visit www.100PercentIndie.com and sign up to receive more details about the program.
* Developers will receive 100% revenue from March 4, 2013 – September 3, 2013, 90% revenue share from September 4, 2013 – March 3, 2014, 80% revenue share from March 4, 2014 – March 3, 2015, and after March 4, 2015 on Samsung Apps, developers will begin receiving 70% revenue share. Revenue share will be net of any applicable payment gateway and/or carrier charges.
