Mind-blowing-games need to be showcased on a mind-blowing show floor, and our booth experience at gamescom 2015 is gigantic, loaded with your favorite titles.

Here’s a few stats to give you a sense of scale.

  • In total, almost 100 metric tons of equipment were set up — as heavy as half a blue whale!
  • Over 800 kilometers of power and signal cables were laid, which is approximately the distance between Cologne and Venice.
  • 500 square meters of projector screens were set up, about the size of three volleyball courts.
  • 181 speakers are being used with a total output of 515,200 watts, about half the amount of power you’d need for a concert in a stadium.
  • Custom-made TIE fighters and AT-AT Walkers that look like they come straight out of a Star Wars set were custom-built by Project X1 in just 53 days for EA at gamescom 2015.
  • There are 523 computer-controlled spotlights and a total of 400 stations where you can take EA games out for a spin!
