Every day, EA employees give generously of their time, talents and financial resources to support nonprofits in the communities where they live and work. Whether it’s supporting educational programs, raising funds for a personal cause, or designing in-game features to raise money for charitable programs, our employees roll up their sleeves and get involved in making a difference in the community.

Our EA Outreach team wanted to make sure we provide our employees with the opportunity to connect with organizations around the globe and recognize their contributions. The EA “Dollars for Doers” program is a new employee perk that recognizes staff who volunteer time for nonprofit organizations throughout the year. Once an employee has logged 20 total volunteer hours in the fiscal year in their community, they will receive an online coupon to donate funds to their chosen nonprofit organization.

It’s our way of recognizing the time our employees spend in their communities and help amplify their impact. For more information about the EA Outreach program, visit www.ea.com/outreach.
