At Electronic Arts our vision for competitive gaming is simple.  We want to make stars of all our players.

Whether you’re an elite player competing for cash and prizes in global eSports events, or you’re taking your first steps to play online, we want everyone to feel the thrill of competition.

We’re passionate about making it easy to find great competition that’s fun, fair, and satisfying – at any skill level.

Look for live events and weekly online contests to be coming to some of our biggest games.  If you’re curious about competition, this is the place to start.

And I’m excited to announce three awesome new ways to compete: Challenger Events, Premier Events, and the EA Majors.

CHALLENGER

With challenger events, we give the community the ability to more easily host their own events.  Want to figure out who the best player in your school or town is?  We are going to make it easy.

PREMIER

Next are Premier events.  These are live events hosted by partners from inside and out of the gaming industry. This is where things start to get interesting, with big prizes and some serious visibility.

EA MAJORS

Finally there are EA Majors.  These are large-scale live eSports events hosted by EA.  You can expect the best players, big prizes and a global stage.

And finally, I’m excited to announce the Madden NFL 17 Championship Series.  It includes 4 EA Major Events over the next year.  And there’s $1 million in prizes on the line.

We’ve got a lot more to share in the months ahead, as we unveil new events and bring competitive gaming to some of our biggest franchises.
