Split Fiction

Accessibility Resources

A scene split diagonally, featuring a neon sci-fi cityscape on the left, and a vibrant fantasy world on the right. Two characters are present, one in a light-up jumpsuit and one in fantasy-style clothes.

Split Fiction is the new 2-player co-op experience from the “Game of the Year” creators of “It Takes Two”, Hazelight Studios. In this game, you and a friend will help the writers Mio and Zoe overcome the trials and tribulations of their own stories in a myriad of worlds and environments with a lot of different gameplay variations. Remember that thanks to the Friend Pass, only one of the players need to own the game to play the whole experience together, whether locally or online!

Before you play this game, we want to make sure your accessibility onboarding goes smoothly. Controls can be previewed in the settings menu, and a tutorial is provided for basic gameplay mechanics. Below, we highlight noteworthy accessibility features that may be helpful for you. Players are encouraged to browse through the settings and review accessible design considerations outlined in this guide.
