• Own a piece of Electronic Arts

Did you know you can own a piece of Electronic Arts? When you join Electronic Arts Romania, eligible employees get EA shares as part of their salary package, in addition to many other benefits. 

These are awarded in the form of units, and each unit is equal to the market value of one EA share at the time of grant. After a period of 1 year, then every 6 months for another 2 years, the shares granted vest and turn into real EA shares, over which you have full control and can decide whether to sell or keep. You could use the generous award to help fulfill some of your wishes. For example, put a down payment on the house you've always dreamed of, help to buy a cool car, or travel the world!

• Get discounted EA stock

We want to support your financial growth too and help you achieve your goals, no matter how bold they are. You can buy EA stock at a discount of up to 15%.  Enrolling in this program is completely voluntary and your contribution can vary between 2% and 10% of your monthly salary.

• Enjoy the annual performance bonus 

Every year, the amazing results of our colleagues help us achieve and often even exceed, our increasingly ambitious goals. We want to see, celebrate, and reward their efforts by offering an annual bonus, in recognition of their hard work and results. The annual bonus is a percentage of the gross annual salary and is awarded to eligible employees based on individual, team, and company performance. The bonus is awarded in June each year.

Take time off

• Free time is essential for all of us. We know that. So, in addition to the 21 days of paid time off, you can also benefit from additional days off for many special life events. Plus, you can also get New Parent Leave for Fathers, and Other Non-Birth Parents, Caregiver Leave, Personal Needs, Studies, or Other Religious Holidays.

• Winter Holiday is longer at Electronic Arts Romania. Why? Because we have a complete studio shutdown between December 25^th and January 2^nd, to get a well-deserved break and enjoy the holidays with our family and friends. This is an extra period of time off, besides the standard leave.
