Andreea, Technical Recruiter
Motorcycling is my passion, offering a blend of adventure and freedom. Growing up surrounded by my parents' passion for motorcycling and friends who rode bikes, I developed a love for the freedom and adventure of motorcycling, and this is how everything started.
Combining this hobby with traveling and photography has led me to explore the stunning landscapes of Croatia and now, I'm on my way to the vibrant roads of Turkey. Each journey on my bike brings a sense of liberation, allowing me to immerse myself in the beauty of the surroundings. One of the best parts of it is witnessing the sunset while riding, as the sky transforms into a canvas of vibrant colors, creating unforgettable moments of peace and joy. The open road, the thrill of discovery, the serene sunsets, good music, and a group of friends, make motorcycling a truly enriching and liberating experience.
Oana, Software Engineer
My two passions are mountaineering and figure skating.
I've always been drawn to the beauty and challenge of the outdoors, especially mountains. I started mountaineering two years ago, and my first trek was to the top of La Om Peak in the Piatra Craiului Mountains. Since then, I've conquered many other peaks in Romania, including Moldoveanu Peak, Viștea Mare Peak, Gropșoarele Peak, Omu Peak, Ciucaș Peak, Bucșa Peak and Bucșoiu Peak.
I've also been passionate about skating since I was a child. I started rollerblading around my parents' apartment and the parks near my house. Last December, I decided to take my ice skating to the next level and began to learn figure skating. I train 2 to 4 hours weekly with a private coach and prepare for recreational competitions.
One day, I'll combine these two passions and skate on a natural frozen lake in the mountains.
Mihai, Producer
It may sound like a cliché that a Producer within EA Sports is passionate about...sports, so I won't go through the long list, but I will share the 2 'discoveries' made during the pandemic that have stayed with me even now, longboarding and snowboarding.
As a child, I was somehow intrigued by sports that required balance, but I didn't have the courage to try them, that is until 4 years ago when I plucked up the courage and armed myself with protective equipment and a longboard, I started hitting the alleys in Carol Park. It was a painful experience, very painful, but also one from which, as an adult, I learned that 'those who don't fall don't learn' and that 'it's good to keep your mind free and your body relaxed' so you have the best chances to deal with the unpredictable.
During that same winter, wanting to continue the challenge, I switched to snowboarding, which turned out to be an incredible experience and made me discover another top hobby on my list, which, during the following 4 years has translated into hundreds if not thousands of kilometers on the slopes, hundreds of falls but most importantly, whole days spent floating on the snow!
These new skills and the experiences they brought were more than relaxation and physical activity, they taught me what it means to have an open mindset and flexibility in approaching change and challenges, regardless of their nature.
In the future, I plan to snowboard in some truly isolated places that are usually packed with fresh snow, such as the north of Finland or the mountains of Georgia.

My passion for sailing began with an inspiring “Sailing Stories” event organized by EARO, and it has since taken me on incredible adventures across different seas. From navigating storms to working from the boat, sailing has given me unforgettable experiences, including discovering incredible places only accessible by boat. I especially enjoy the peaceful beauty of sailing at sunset with dolphins playing around the boat, surrounded by the wind and the sea.
