Full Circle Named One of Canada’s Best Places to Work by GamesIndustry.biz

Award marks studio’s third consecutive accolade from GamesIndustry.biz in recognition of its winning culture

The winners of the 2023 GamesIndustry.biz Best Places to Work Awards in Canada have been revealed, and we’re excited to share that Full Circle has once again been named one of the industry’s best places to work.

Challenging the status quo has been a part of Full Circle’s DNA since the beginning, both in its ways of working as EA’s first fully remote studio, and in its highly transparent approach to developing skate.

When asked about receiving the award for the third year in a row, Full Circle’s General Manager, Dan McMulloch, draws parallels between the two. “In a lot of ways, our studio’s culture mirrors our development process,” says McCulloch. “We want everyone to feel welcome, we’re committed to being as transparent as possible, and fun is always at the core of what we do. When it comes to building our game and our culture, we know we’re not going to get it right the first time, every time. But, we try to use those moments as opportunities to learn, grow, adapt and improve. The result is a place where people are empowered to create, innovate and thrive as their authentic selves - and that’s something we’re proud of.”

Full Circle joins EA’s Maxis, Ripple Effect, and Cliffhanger, who were named as some of the industry's Best Places to Work in the US by GamesIndustry.biz last month.
