RACE DAY, REDEFINED

Have more control with new race options in F1^® 22. Choose between Immersive and Broadcast-style Formation Laps, Safety Car periods, and Pit Stops.

If you want an even more detailed F1^® experience, our Immersive Formation Laps and Pit Stops offer an element of risk to your races. Manually position your car in your grid box at the end of formation laps to give yourself the best start ahead of Turn 1. Similarly, a timely turn into your pit box when making a change will result in a quick stop, but reacting too early or late could create potential errors by your crew. These risk-reward moments can prove critical to your success and a possible place on the podium.

VR COMPATIBILITY

For the first time in F1^® game franchise history, you can experience F1^® 22 in VR. Available on PC with the Valve Index, Oculus Quest 2 and Link Cable, Oculus Rift S, HTC Vive or HTC Vive Cosmos, you’ll be able to get as close to Formula 1^® racing as you can without being on the actual grid. Feel the adrenaline rush whether you want to play in F1^® 22’s single player modes, or with your friends, regardless of whether they play in VR or not.

F1^® LIFE

Show off your collection of supercars, fashion, accessories, and trophies in our brand-new hub, F1^® Life.  Take your driver’s customisation beyond the track with cool collector’s items you can earn through challenges, Podium Pass, the brand shop, and the in-game store. 

PIRELLI HOT LAPS

Get to grips with eight new supercars, alongside the two Safety Cars with 40 Pirelli Hot Lap challenges. Each showcasing the unique handling model, you’ll be able to take on these special events throughout your career, or pick up and play them separately in F1^® 22's 'Solo' game mode.

NEW CIRCUITS AND CIRCUIT UPDATES

The substantial changes to Australia's Albert Park, Spain's Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, and Abu Dhabi's Yas Marina have all been added to F1^® 22. And don't forget, the exciting new street circuit, Miami International Autodrome, is available to race at launch.

The features you love from previous F1^® games, such as My Team, single and two-player Career Mode, F2^™, and two-player Split-Screen, are still here too.
