Play to Give: Battlefield Re-Supply Score Challenge
Tips on how to complete the Re-Supply Score Challenge in Battlefield 4 and Battlefield Hardline
EA PLAY 2016
From June 12 through June 17, earn a Gold Battlepack in Battlefield 4 or Battlefield Hardline by providing supplies to your teammates in need and help us celebrate one of our Play to Give charities: SpecialEffect.
We’re dedicated to supporting a more inclusive environment in videogames and working with organizations that give back to our communities. SpecialEffect helps enable anyone, whatever their physical disability, to enjoy videogames, leisure technology and communication.
As part of the Play to Give program, Battlefield 4 players are challenged with getting a 45 million total re-supply score and Battlefield Hardline players are challenged with getting a 5 million re-supply score*. By achieving either of those goals, participating players will get rewarded with an extra Gold Battlepack via Battlelog. You’ll need to claim your Battlepack in Battelog before the mission is over.
To complete this challenge, use these tips from Battlefield 4 Producer David Sirland on how to rack up a high re-supply score:
- If you spot a group of friendlies pinned down or defending a chokepoint, make sure to drop a Medic Kit to help them! Since healing only happens when not in combat, it’s advised to drop it behind cover relative to the enemy.
- Are you and your squad mates going on the offensive, and know you’ll encounter enemies? Make sure you attach a First Aid Pack to a squad mate and yourself. It heals even through suppression! First Aid Packs can also be dropped in known routes taken by offensive players as they attach automatically when run over.
- Ammo Packs are a great tool to replenish your ammunition when in the field. Working similar to the First Aid pack, you can attach one to friendly players to aid them when going offensive.
- Dropping Ammo boxes is the best way to keep the fight alive… if you stay alive. It also replenishes explosives. So, placing it in areas like roads where tanks travel is a good idea. Remember, the Resupply doesn’t happen if in combat, so place the boxes in covered spots.
We’re committed to supporting organizations that give back to player communities and foster a more inclusive environment in videogames while emboldening future game-makers.
EA will be donating a total of $1 million to five nonprofit organizations through our Play to Give program during EA PLAY: Code.org, HeForShe, Code2040, SpecialEffect and the National Center for Women & Information Technology.
Celebrate Play to Give by completing any of the five in-game challenges.
