Participating in A Session

Can my friend also come and participate?
Playtest participation is by invitation only. Please have your friends sign up for a chance to play together! 

How early should I arrive before the session?
Please arrive at least ten minutes early to allow time for checking in.
 

What type of attire should I wear?
Casual attire. Be comfortable!
 

What do I need to bring to the study?
A valid form of photo I.D. and your invitation (on your phone or in print). 

What does a typical study look like?
Playtesters sign a Playtest  Agreement and then proceed to the lab for an introductory briefing. After that, the format varies, but there's always games, feedback, and rewards. 

What should I do if I realized that I couldn’t make the scheduled time?
Notify your friendly Playtesting Specialist right away, or email playtesting@ea.com and include the test date.

Can I tell my friends and family about anything in the session?
Per our Playtest Agreement signed before every test, all details regarding the session are strictly confidential.
