Celebrate 5 Years of Apex Legends With the Anniversary Collection Event
Celebrate our 5th Anniversary and play to earn cosmetics with a new LTM, community-created reward track, and more!
It’s time to celebrate, Legends! To commemorate our 5th Anniversary, we have a lot of exciting things to look forward to. We are prepared to help you celebrate with a new action packed LTM, community-created rewards to unlock, XP Overdrive, Heirloom Shards, Legendary squad skins and more!
LTM: STRAIGHT SHOT
A brand new LTM is coming to Apex Legends just in time for our celebration. We’re excited to introduce you to: Straight Shot. Get the same action and excitement you get in Trios, but faster. The same classic battle royale you know and love is coming in shorter session lengths!
Some changes you can look forward to with Straight Shot:
- No More Jumpmaster. Players will spawn above a random POI and drop in. Each POI will contain two teams (choose to engage immediately or rotate and play the end-game).
- At the start, the ring focuses the game on a smaller portion of the map
- Weapons will spawn kitted at different rarities, streamlining the loot process.
- More drops, more fights, and more end-rings in less time.
- Players can focus on movement and shooting, getting more reps on the battle royale in less time
- Reduced Lobby Size of 30 players and shorter rounds.
- Requeue with your party directly from the death screen
COMMUNITY-CREATED REWARD TRACKER
For the third consecutive year, we have another community-created reward tracker created by amazing Community Artists who teamed up with some of your favorite creators. Thanks to them, you’ll be able to unlock some of the most amazing cosmetics during our celebration event. Complete challenges and earn items like a Ballistic skin, a loading screen, gun skins, event packs, and more exciting cosmetics.
We wanted to give a huge thank you and special shoutout to the amazing artists and creators who helped make this tracker happen!
LEGENDARY SQUAD SET COSMETICS
To celebrate, we've been inspired by some fan favorite skins that are used as squad leaders to inspire new Legendary looks for our other Legends. Including Catalyst’s “Lunar Elegance”, Pathfinder’s “Retro-bot”, Mirage’s “Tin Man”, and more.
Much like last year, if you complete the Anniversary Collection you’ll automatically receive 150 Heirloom Shards to unlock the Heirloom or Prestige Skin of your choice!
EVENT STORE
We have a brand new Event Store where there will be lots of special offers throughout the event! You will see bundles like the “Fashion Forward Bundle”, “Soulless Sentry Bundle”, and the “Low Profile Bundle.” Check out some of the deals coming to the store below. In addition to the new Event Store, you can expect a sale on our previous anniversary squad skins as well as the Valentine’s Day Sale!
