The Vol.4 update brings with it brand new Gauntlet Playlists, Boosted events, newly unlocked Linkup areas, and a host of new Speed Pass content and challenges. Plus, you can celebrate an iconic name in style.
CELEBRATE 75 YEARS OF PORSCHE
An iconic name is celebrating 75 years in the game and you’ve got a ticket to the party. The streets would be a lot less exciting without Porsche, so head down to the Kennedy Test Track to tear it up in a unique Porsche 75th anniversary Playlist and smash stunt-based challenges in Linkups.
Blaze through to Speed Pass rank 50 and you’ll pick up a wild Legendary Custom Porsche 911 Carrera S (1997). Plus, finish this special Porsche Playlist three times to earn the fully electric Porsche Taycan Turbo S (2022).
NEW SPEED PASS CONTENT
Speaking of Speed Pass, introduced with Vol.3, your next 75 ranks are ready to go. Offering 75 free customisation items for you to stir up the streets with, can you make it all the way to the end?
RUN THE GAUNTLET PLAYLIST
Feel the rush of the chase and take the gamble for big rewards in new Gauntlet Playlists. The most determined cops in Lakeshore will be on your tail in these new, risk and reward events. Smash the field on your way to the finish to increase your payouts but get busted and you’ll be heading home empty-handed - the ultimate risk and reward event.
NEW LINKUP AREAS
Link up with up to 16 players and collaborate in seven new Linkup locations, including the Kennedy Test Track and Griffith Construction. Push to your limits, complete challenges, earn XP and build your Bank together. Make the biggest contribution and get immortalized as the main contributor and Top Player title. To save you time, you’re now able to quick-route to Linkup locations.
BOOSTED EVENTS
When you’re cruising in Lakeshore Online, some Playlists and Linkups can (and will) become ‘Boosted’ for a limited-time. Complete these events for additional rewards, supercharging your Bank balance and giving you the opportunity to propel your way through the Speed Pass.
REFRESHED CHALLENGES
Daily, weekly, and one-shot challenges have all been refreshed. A set of 50 Daily and 39 Weekly challenges will help build your Bank. Plus, there are 15 new one-shot challenges to complete, including that special Porsche Playlist challenge.
THE HEAT OF PALM CITY
For those of you who took to Palm City with Need for Speed: Heat, check out your Lakeshore garage and you’ll find the McLaren F1 (1994) waiting for you as a bonus.
NEW PREMIUM DLC
Alongside the launch of Vol.4, three new Premium DLC packs* are ready to pick up to enhance your Lakeshore looks.
Hip Hop Origin Swag Pack
Featuring the Legendary Custom Mercedes-AMG G 63 (2017), you can celebrate the origins of Hip Hop with the new Hip Hop Origin Swag Pack. This premium pack contains a wide range of uniquely designed items including a clothing pack, Doberman mask, a driving effect, an exclusive horn and more.
Lotus Exige S Legendary Custom Pack
Pick up this pack and you’ll secure a Legendary Custom Lotus Exige S (2006) with a custom bodykit and livery. Plus, you can kick start your Speed Pass with a 10 level Speed boost, rewarding you with all the items that go with those ranks! Use it wisely, as the boost kicks in right after you’ve purchased.
Vol.4 Customs Pack
Finally, the Customs Pack will have you reminiscing from game’s past as you’ll get your hands on three new and exclusive custom builds: Eddie’s NISSAN Skyline GT-R V·spec (1993) from Need for Speed Underground, Rachel’s NISSAN 350Z (2008) from Underground 2, and Joe’s Polestar 1 (2020) from Heat.

As a bonus for those with EA Play**, you’ll find the electric neon 25th Anniversary Legendary Custom Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4 (2021) waiting in your garage.
