• Inclusion & Diversity Work at EA

Equality Town Halls bring the company together to discuss topics centered around equality and the connection with company strategy.

One of the goals is to shift the internal culture at Electronic Arts so that conversations about equality are seen as a valuable part of our community and business, not a taboo.

The Equality Town Hall discussions reinforce that Electronic Arts creates a safe space to talk about inclusion and Diversity topics openly and demonstrate respect and acceptance of different opinions. Each meeting ends with an action item for attendees which encourages them to continue the conversation and progress on the journey toward inclusive leadership and a belonging culture.

    EA Ally

EA ALLY is about listening to each other, being aware of biases, and actively being part of the solution to lift up the voices of underrepresented groups.

At Electronic Arts we work together with purpose and intention to foster an environment where everyone feels safe to bring their authentic, best self to work. We do this by becoming allies. This means being curious about our diverse cultures, backgrounds, experiences and needs - as well as courageous about creating space in the workplace for each of us.
