Each Trophy Titan is a Hero or ICON being recognized for a particular moment of greatness, celebrating a memorable trophy or title they won during their storied careers.
Trophy Titan Juniors
Trophy Titan Juniors are Player Items that represent the journey of Hero or ICON in becoming a true Trophy Titan. These Trophy Titan Junior Player Items will be available at the same time as their higher-rated Trophy Titan versions and will have a V symbol over their OVR rating.
Zinedine Zidane – UEFA Champions League 2002
Zinedine Zidane scored one of the most memorable goals in a UEFA Champions League Final in 2002. Having helped Real Madrid navigate tricky knockout ties with Bayern Munich and rivals Barcelona, Los Blancos faced Bayer Leverkusen in Glasgow. With the score at 1-1, Roberto Carlos looped a high cross into the box. Zidane composed himself as the ball dropped, before showcasing his incredible technique and unleashing an unstoppable left-footed volley into the top corner for the winning goal.
Alessandro Del Piero – Serie A 2011-12
During the 2011-12 Serie A season, it was confirmed that Alessandro Del Piero would be leaving Juventus after 19 years with the club. That season brought several highlights, including his 700th appearance for the Old Lady, but he had his crowning moment in the final day of the season. Picking the ball up on the edge of the box, Del Piero found the bottom corner to make the score 2-0 against Atalanta as Juventus claimed the Scudetto with an unbeaten season.
Lúcio – DFB Pokal 2005
Already a World Champion and on the road to a Bundesliga title, Lúcio brought home his first domestic silverware in 2005, helping his side keep four clean sheets on the way to a DFB-Pokal victory.
Yaya Touré – PL 2014
Of Yaya Touré’s many Manchester City triumphs, the Premier League title success of 2013-14 was one of his sweetest. He was at the heart of the Cityzens’ record 102 league goals, spearheading the attack with a whopping 20 goals and nine assists—from midfield.
Dennis Bergkamp – Premier League 1997-98
Dennis Bergkamp began the ‘97-’98 Premier League season with ten goals in ten matches and ended it with three honours to his name—PFA Players’ Player of the Year, FA Cup champion, and Premier League winner.
Fernando Torres – UEFA Champions League 2011-12
Fernando Torres validated his record-breaking move to Chelsea with an immediate triumph—having scored several critical goals on The Blues road to the final, Torres came off the bench at 1-0 down and helped his side to a famous UEFA Champions League victory in penalties.
Iker Casillas – UEFA Super Cup 2014
Having started in Real Madrid’s first ever UEFA Super Cup win in 2002, Iker Casillas was remarkably again the man in goal 12 years later as Real Madrid won it for a second time in 2014. It was a relatively comfortable afternoon for Casillas in goal, but he remained alert to deal with Sevilla’s danger and showed fast reactions to clean up a defensive mix-up in his box as he went on to keep a clean sheet and lift the penultimate trophy of his Real Madrid career.
Michael Essien – UEFA Champions League 2012
Michael Essien battled back from an early-season injury, playing his way back into a Chelsea side focused on avenging their 2008 Champions League Final defeat. His 120 minutes in a thrilling knockout comeback against Napoli catalysed the rest of their run, culminating in his—and the club’s— first ever UEFA Champions League trophy.
Philipp Lahm – Bundesliga 2016-17
Heading into his final season before retirement, Philipp Lahm was no stranger to silverware. The ‘16-17 Bundesliga campaign was the perfect ending to his footballing fairytale, bidding farewell to the Bavarians in the same way he’d introduced himself—by winning.
Rio Ferdinand – Premier League 2012-13
Rio Ferdinand won the Premier League a whopping six times in twelve seasons in Manchester. His final title came in style, bidding farewell to their legendary manager with a game-winning goal and trophy lift on his last home game in charge.
Roberto Carlos – European Super Cup 2002
Having already hoisted the 2002 UEFA Champions League Trophy, Roberto Carlos led Real Madrid to UEFA Super Cup glory that same year, scoring the game-winner and taking home Man of the Match.
Miroslav Klose – DFB Pokal 2008
The 2007-08 campaign was Miroslav Klose’s first in Bayern München colours, and it would prove to be a fruitful one for the German as, at the age of 29, he tasted glory in the Bundesliga and DFB-Pokal for the first time. The DFB-Pokal win in particular had Klose’s stamp all over it as he scored five goals in the competition for Bayern on their way to lifting the trophy for the 14th time.
Landon Donovan – MLS Cup 2012
With their backs against the wall and only 45 min to play, Landon Donovan led the LA Galaxy to a dramatic comeback victory in the 2012 MLS Cup Final. His game-winning penalty handed him his fifth MLS Cup—only the third player in history to reach the milestone.
Freddie Ljungberg – FA Cup 2005
Freddie Ljungberg’s silverware-studded time in North London culminated in a third and final FA Cup victory, converting a critical penalty to add yet another honour to his stuffed trophy cabinet.
Ronaldo – UEFA Cup 1998
Ronaldo hit the ground running in Milan, scoring five goals in 10 European matches to lead Inter to the UEFA Cup Final in Paris in just his first season at the club. His sixth goal in the competition sealed the title, capping off a stellar 3-0 victory that saw him add a continental honour to an already glittering trophy cabinet.
Diego Forlán – UEFA Europa League 2009-10
Diego Forlán was the first player to write his name on the newly minted UEFA Europa League trophy in its inaugural season, scoring both goals for Atlético Madrid in a dramatic 2-1 extra-time victory.
Patrick Vieira – Premier League 2003-04
Thirty eight games. Zero losses. Having already lifted the trophy at their rival’s ground, Patrick Vieira scored on the last day of the season to seal one of the most famous Premier League campaigns of all time, officially crowning his North London Club the famous ‘Invincibles’.
Joe Cole – Premier League 2009-10
Joe Cole’s clever backheel helped Chelsea to a critical title-deciding win with just a few matches remaining, securing his third and final Premier League title as a Blue.
Kenny Dalglish – FA Cup 1986
By the time the 1985-86 season had started, Kenny Dalglish was player-manager for Liverpool. He turned this double-duty into a domestic double, scoring to seal the Premier League and starting in a famous 3-1 win over their Merseyside rivals.
Frank Lampard – Premier League 2004-05
One of the most complete midfielders in world football, Frank Lampart was an all-action dynamo for Chelsea. His leadership, workrate, and attacking instincts all helped The Blues lift their first ever Premier League title in ‘04-05—a season where Lampard scored a prolific 13 goals from midfield.
Steven Gerrard – UEFA Champions League 2005
Steven Gerrard’s trophy moment was almost someone else’s. His Liverpool were trailing 3-0 at halftime before his inspired header kickstarted fifteen minutes of pandemonium. The Reds roared back to even it at 3-3 before completing one of the most iconic comebacks in UEFA Champions League history in penalties.
Laurent Blanc – Premier League 2002-03
Laurent Blanc’s trophy cabinet confirms him as one of the greatest defenders of his generation. After successful spells across Europe, Blanc’s swan song came in Manchester, where he hoisted one final trophy—the Premier League—before bidding football farewell.

Michael Owen – Premier League 2010-11
A prolific goal-scorer and twice Premier League runner-up, Michael Owen never stopped pursuing an English title. He finally achieved this goal by scoring one—the final goal of the season in a 4-2 victory that saw him finally lift the elusive Premier League trophy.
Marco van Basten – European Cup 1989
The European Cup eluded Marco van Basten during his highly successful spell at Ajax. But after two seasons in Milan, it was his—Van Basten netted a brace in a dominant 4-0 victory to lift the famous European honour.
Ole Gunnar Solskjær – Premier League 2007
At the age of 33, Ole Gunnar Solskjær began his eleventh and final season in Manchester, overcoming an injury-plagued period and breaking a three-year goal drought to secure his sixth Premier League winner’s medal in 2007.
Claudio Marchisio – Serie A 2017-18
In May of 2018, Claudio Marchisio did something he’d done every spring since 2012—lift the Serie A title. His seven straight Scudetti with Juventus cemented him as one of the Old Lady’s most successful players of all time.
Raúl – UEFA Champions League 2002
Raúl fired Real Madrid ahead against Bayer Leverkusen after just eight minutes, outwitting his defender and sending a left-footed strike past the keeper. The Spanish giants went on to win the final 2-1, securing an impressive third UEFA Champions League title in five years.
Franco Baresi – European Cup 1990
Off the back of Milan’s first European Cup win in 20 years in 1989, Serie A Footballer of the Year Franco Baresi captained the Rossoneri to a second successive trophy in 1990, besting both European giants Real Madrid and Bayern Munich on the way to a memorable 1-0 victory over Benfica in the final.
Xavi – UEFA Champions League 2015
Just weeks after announcing he was leaving his boyhood club, Xavi stepped onto the pitch in the 2015 UEFA Champions League Final for one final moment of European glory. With his side up 2-1 up, the 35-year-old came on, donned the captain’s armband, and led his team to a 3-1 victory—a fourth and final UEFA Champions League trophy in his cabinet.

Will there be a mini-release for Trophy Titans?
Trophy Titans will not have a mini-release.
What if a FUT Birthday Twin Player item receives a TOTW item?
Similar to other campaigns, the TOTW version will not be available in the Ultimate Team pool of available items until the two FUT Birthday Twin Player Items are out of the pool.
