Yes, you can buy the Standard or the Deluxe Edition of Madden NFL 25 to receive Dual Entitlement.
The Dual Entitlement upgrade is only available between PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, or Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
Not in all instances. The digital version on either platform has Dual Entitlement and can be accessed on both platforms in the same console family, i.e. digital PS4/PS5 versions will provide both the PS4 and PS5 versions of the game, and digital Xbox One/Xbox Series X|S versions will provide both the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S versions of the game.
For physical copies of the game, purchase the PlayStation 4 version to receive Dual Entitlement with PlayStation 5. The physical PlayStation 5 version does not offer Dual Entitlement. If you purchase Madden NFL 25 on either Xbox platform, you will have access to both versions of the game through Xbox Smart Delivery.
Yes, you’ll be able to play Madden NFL 25 on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One after taking advantage of the Dual Entitlement offer.
Yes, you can download and play the PlayStation 4 version of Madden NFL 25 on your PlayStation 5, and the Xbox One version of Madden NFL 25 on your Xbox Series X|S. Please note that if a certain feature is not available on a particular platform generation’s version of the game, that it will not be available when playing that version on a different generation of hardware. Certain features (such as FieldSENSE™ Gameplay System, Superstar modes, cross-play features, updates to Franchise mode, and more) are not available on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One versions of the game; further, Face of the Franchise and the Yard are not available on PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S versions of the game.
Yes, with Dual Entitlement you’ll be able to access and play both the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 version of Madden NFL 25 on your PlayStation 5, or both the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S version of Madden NFL 25 on your Xbox Series X|S.
You can switch back and forth between each version of the game, provided they are both installed on your PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S.

If you redeem pre-order content in Madden NFL 25 on PlayStation 4 then that content will be available when using the same account in Madden NFL 25 on PlayStation 5. If you pre-ordered Madden NFL 25 on PlayStation 4, but waited to play the game first on PlayStation 5, you will still receive the content on the applicable account.
If you redeemed pre-order content in Madden NFL 25 on Xbox One, then that content will be available, when using the same account, in Madden NFL 25 on Xbox Series X|S. If you pre-ordered Madden NFL 25 on Xbox One, but waited to play the game first on Xbox Series X|S, you will still receive the content on the applicable account.
No content or progression from Franchise modes, Face of the Franchise, the Yard, or Madden Ultimate Team™ will carry over between console generations using Dual Entitlement, owing to gameplay differences between Xbox One/PS4 versions and Xbox Series X|S/PS5 versions. Please note that Superstar: The League and Superstar: Showdown are not available on PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game. The Yard and Face of the Franchise are not available on PC, PS5, or Xbox Series X|S versions of the game.
If you upgrade to Xbox Series X|S or PS5, any content or progression that does not carry over from the previous version will still be available in your Xbox One or PS4 version. You can still access this content when you play the Xbox One or PS4 version of the game as long as you are playing this version on your Xbox One or PS4 console. If you play the Xbox One of PS4 version on your Xbox Series X|S or Gen 5 machine, the content will not transfer.
