TEAM OF THE SEASON

The Team of the Season takeover starts now, highlighting Ligue 1, Arkema PL, and the Eredivisie and their top performers during the first week!

Throughout TOTS, there will be various exciting content to interact with, including Daily Player SBCs, Retro Cosmetic TOTS Evolutions, Objectives, and more content to come during the campaign. 

TOTS HIGHLIGHTS & HONOURABLE MENTIONS

This year will see the debut of “TOTS Highlights” players for each featured TOTS league, Highlights will be included in the pool of players for packs.

TOTS Highlights will celebrate some of the best player moments of the season across 3 distinct categories: 

• Goal - Players that have scored some of the most eye-catching goals throughout the season
• Moment - Players that have created hair-raising moments that truly make football special
• Newcomer - Players that are new to the league or have had their first truly breakout season and have truly made their mark

 TOTS Highlights players will also receive a special purple TOTS shell! 

As well as Highlights, this year will also introduce Honourable Mentions players into TOTS for the first time. 

A concept that is already familiar from the TOTY campaign, Honourable Mentions will be used in a similar manner to celebrate players who didn’t quite make the cut for a main TOTS spot, but have still played their part in creating an unforgettable footballing season.

IMPROVED CHEMISTRY

All TOTS players (including Honourable Mentions, Highlights & Evolutions) will have improved chemistry that mirrors the TOTS Plus chemistry from FC24.

TOTS is a true celebration of the global footballing season and as such, we want to ensure that every football fan has a chance to integrate their favourite players into squads, no matter what nation or team they represent!

SQUAD RELEASE SCHEDULE REFRESH

As many of you have noticed already, we’ve given the squad release schedule a bit of a shake up this year! 

We want to put an increased focus on authentic league representation in TOTS, allowing us to celebrate as many players and unforgettable moments as possible to connect with every football fan across the world! 

This means we’re going straight into Ligue 1 TOTS during the first week, a spot that has previously been used for TOTS Live & Community TOTS.

Additionally, TOTS25 will feature an expanded representation of the ‘Rest of the World’, including a ‘Europe Select XI’ showcasing players who’ve excelled in other European top divisions outside of the “big 5”.

Also for the first time ever, the Saudi Pro League and Major League Soccer will step up to the TOTS main stage! Each league will have fully featured XIs as well as Highlights & Honourable Mentions players.
