FIFA Mobile FIFA points FAQ
EA SPORTS FIFA is designed to be enjoyed season after season, year after year, with old player items coexisting with new. However, as we transition from a limited launch to a full worldwide launch we will need to perform a one-time only reset of all clubs. This will only happen once and will not be required for any future updates. Any FIFA Points you purchase prior to the reset will be credited back to your account when you login for the first time after the update but items, coins and XP will not transfer from limited launch to worldwide launch.
FAQS
What will happen at reset?
We will be wiping user clubs, including all items, XP and coin balances, before we launch worldwide on September 22. The game will be down for 1 to 2 days before we release the update. After you update your app, you will be prompted to create a new club when you login for the first time.
Why do you need to reset our clubs?
In order to launch the game worldwide, with updated player items, we unfortunately need to perform a one-time only reset. We will not need to reset your clubs in the future, even as we move from season to season.
Do you plan to reset our clubs again?
No, this is a one-time reset.
What will happen to FIFA Points that I purchase?
Any FIFA Points you purchase prior to the reset will be credited back to your account when you login for the first time after the update. If you have connected the game to your Facebook account and purchase FIFA Points, simply connect to Facebook again after the update to see your balance.
Please do not delete the app if you purchase FIFA Points but have not connected to Facebook. When you reinstall the app, we will be unable to credit the Points back to your account.
