Player Exchange FAQ

What is Player Exchange?

Player exchange is a new feature that gives you more chances to get the players you really want. Select up to 10 player items from your club and exchange them for a chance to receive anywhere from one to three new player items in return.

How does it work?

In the Player Exchange screen, select the player items that you want to trade from the Inventory pile. Depending on the number and the quality of player items that you select, you will be rewarded with one to three bronze, silver or gold player items. The Reward Range bar in the top right of the screen will show the range of items you have a chance of getting in return.  For example, if you exchange 10 Regular Bronze players, you will receive one to three Regular Bronze, Rare Bronze or Regular Silver player items in return. If you exchange 10 Rare Gold player items, you will receive one to three Regular Gold or Rare Gold items in return.

What if I don’t like the player items I get through Player Exchange?

Each exchange gives you two chances at getting new player items. If after your initial exchange you don’t like the items you were awarded you can press the Try Again button and give it another go. When you press the Try Again button the items you were awarded in the first exchange are taken away and you will get one to three new items. You can only use the “Try Again” option once per exchange. If after your second try you still don’t like the player items you were awarded, you can either send them to your transfer list or you can send them to your club and use them in your next exchange.

Can I exchange other items, such as consumables?

Player Exchange can be used to trade in player items from your club that you no longer need for a chance of getting player items that you do need. Other items, such as consumables and club items cannot be exchanged.

Is there a limit to how many exchanges I can make?

There is no limit to how many exchanges you can make, as long as you have player items to trade in!

Can I send duplicate items to Player Exchange?

The Player Exchange inventory contains player items that are currently in your club. Duplicate items can either be discarded or sent to the Transfer List but they cannot be sent to the Player Exchange Inventory. 

How many player items can I exchange in a single trade?

You can exchange anywhere from two to ten players in a single exchange. The more players you add, the better the chances of getting a higher value item in return!

Are player exchange items tradable?

Yes, they can be sold on the Transfer Market or discarded for their discard coin value.

Can I get special items, such as In-Forms, through Player Exchange?

Yes! Any items that are available in the game at the time you use the Player Exchange can be awarded.

What if I accidently exchanged a player that I need?

Carefully review the list of player items you have selected for exchange. Once you make the exchange, the player items you offered are removed from your club and are taken out of the game permanently.
