Here's everything you need to know about this weekend's Split 2 Playoffs in Stockholm with USD $1,000,000 on the line!
It’s almost here! ALGS fans have waited long enough. This weekend, for the first time in ALGS history, we’re bringing together the top teams from each of the Pro League’s five regions to determine the best ALGS teams in the world.
BROADCAST SCHEDULE
All of the action takes place this weekend, April 29th through May 1st, in Stockholm, Sweden, and we’ve got all the information you need right here, so don’t miss a minute of the most important ALGS competition to-date.
The Playoffs begin with a Group Stage on Friday, April 29th. The top teams from each of the ALGS Pro League’s five regions have been split into four groups of ten teams. Each group will play a six-match series against every other group.
The action continues Saturday, April 30th with the Bracket Stage. Friday’s Group Stage performance determines every team’s starting position in the double-elimination bracket. After playing through the double-elimination bracket, the top twenty teams will advance to the Finals.
The Finals begin at 4:00 PM CEST on Sunday, May 1st and consist of a single Match Point series to determine the Split 2 Playoffs Champion. Viewers tuning in to the English broadcast during the Finals will also get a sneak peak at gameplay from the latest season of Apex Legends - Saviors - which launches on May 10th!
As always, ALGS fans will be able to watch their favorite teams compete all weekend long on our official Twitch and YouTube channels. In addition, NiceWigg will be joining us in Stockholm, providing B-stream coverage during the Group Stage as well as a Watch Party of the Bracket Stage and Finals.
