Motive Named Among Montreal’s Top Employers

The studio earns the award for a second year in a row.

We’re pleased to share that Motive has earned the Montreal’s Top Employers Award in 2024, and for a second year in a row, is being recognized for its exceptional work culture and commitment to professional well-being.

For nearly two decades, the competition has been organized by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers to recognize employers who lead their industries in creating the very best places to work. Employers are evaluated on a number of factors, including work atmosphere, benefits, training and community outreach.

Motive is proud to call Montreal its home, celebrating some of the best this city has to offer with studio activities like the Sugar Shack, visits to the Bell Center and Cirque du Soleil, and by donating to local organizations like the Make-A-Wish 48-Hour Ride, Pixelles and Code MTL

“Caring for our teams and communities is key to our success and key to our beliefs. It’s an honor to be once again recognized as a top employer in Montreal.”
