Today we’re excited to launch EA SPORTS FC 25 SHOWCASE, a new way to preview EA SPORTS FC 25, with a rotating selection of curated modes and content. 

SHOWCASE contains Kick Off, Clubs Rush, and Learn To Play modes at launch and is available for PlayStation 5, PC, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. We know you might have some questions about SHOWCASE, and in this Pitch Notes we’ll cover everything you need to know. So let’s jump right in.
 

WHAT IS EA SPORTS FC 25 SHOWCASE AND HOW DO I GET IT?

EA SPORTS FC 25 SHOWCASE is a preview of FC 25, with rotating modes and content giving you access to a portion of FC 25.

You can search for it and download it for free from your console’s store, or from Steam/EA app/Epic Games Store on PC.

For consoles, a subscription to online services is not required to download and play SHOWCASE.

SHOWCASE is available for PlayStation 5, PC, Xbox Series X|S, XBox One and PlayStation 4. You’ll need an online connection to download it and an EA Account and a persistent online connection to play. If you don’t already have an EA account, SHOWCASE will prompt you to make one. Age restrictions apply.
 

WHAT MODES AND CONTENT DOES EA SPORTS FC 25 SHOWCASE INCLUDE?

EA SPORTS FC 25 SHOWCASE modes, features and content availability can change over time and modes, features, and content won’t be available at all times or in all territories. At launch the following will be available:

• Kick Off - a rotating selection of match types and playable teams.
• Clubs Rush - our new take on the small side 5v5 social football experience.
  • You can create your own Avatar and progress up to level 50.
• Learn To Play - a series of experiences designed to help you get familiar with EA SPORTS FC 25.

AS A SHOWCASE PLAYER, CAN I PLAY WITH MY EA SPORTS FC 25 FRIENDS, AND IS THERE CROSS-PLAY?

Yes and yes. 

SHOWCASE and FC 25 players can play and communicate together in the same ways that FC 25 players currently do with one another in-game through EA connect.

If an FC 25 player invites a SHOWCASE player to a mode the latter doesn’t have access to, the SHOWCASE player will be prompted with the EA SPORTS FC 25 product page if they accept it.
 

CAN I UPGRADE FROM SHOWCASE TO EA SPORTS FC 25 AND WILL MY PROGRESS CARRY OVER?

Yes and yes.

Upgrading SHOWCASE is easy and can be done by following the prompts on the main menu. Progress such as Avatar level in Clubs will carry over to FC 25 if you continue to use the same EA account on the same platform.
 

CAN I PLAY EA SPORTS FC 25 SHOWCASE OFFLINE?

EA SPORTS FC 25 SHOWCASE requires an active online connection for all modes so we can verify your identity and provide access to modes and content.
 

IS THE SEASON PASS AVAILABLE IN EA SPORTS FC 25 SHOWCASE?

The Season Pass is not available in the SHOWCASE experience and you cannot progress through it.
 

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT EA SPORTS FC 25 SHOWCASE?

With its rotating curated list of modes and content, content may not be available at all times and in all territories and is subject to change. EA may retire Showcase in its entirety after 30 days notice posted on our Service Updates page.
