When on the squad screen,press R3/RS and select team management.
Go to tactics, move your stick right and you’ll be given the option to enter a code.
Press import and enter the code of the FC Pro Open player whose tactics you want to use.
Confirm and then give the tactics a name before saving to ensure it applies to your squad.
