The inaugural FC Pro World Championship Finals provided the fans with plenty of drama as Anders Vejrgang lifted the trophy inside the Uber Eats Music Hall in Berlin,Germany.
Vejrgang’s victory wasn’t the only major moment from the tournament, so here’s our breakdown of the best moments from the FC Pro World championship.
Vejrgang’s victory
After dominating in the FC Pro World Championship Group and Knockout stages, it should come as no surprise to fans watching that Anders Vejrgang would continue his winning ways and crush the remaining opponents in front of him.
With 35 goals scored during the tournament and clean sheets in the semi-final and final, Vejrgang’s performance in the competition will go down as one of the most memorable in the sport’s history but also cements him as the best EA FC player in the world.

New stars emerge
Although the FC Pro World Championship was stacked with established EA FC™ superstars, it was the players who were unknown that shone during this year's competition.
Yuval’s run to the Finals included victories over big names like Nicolas99fc (x2), Manu Bachoore and Emre Yilmaz. Although he didn’t take the home trophy, Yuval solidified himself as a major player for next season.
We’d also be remiss not to mention xcharifx who had the entirety of Morroco backing him up. Although he eventually lost in the semi-finals to Vejrgang, his run through the Play-Ins to that point was one of the event's highlights.
Redemption arc
Although many of the competitors who failed to make an impact at the FC Pro World Championship will feel disappointed in their performances, many will use their losses to motivate them when the next FC Pro season rolls around.
