The 20 qualified players for the FC Pro Open

Before the Qualifier had started, four players had already confirmed their place at the FC Pro Open for making up the final four at the 2023 eWorld Cup.

Team Gullit star ManuBachoore was the victor in that tournament, beating Futwiz's Mark11 in a penalty shootout after the final had ended 3-3.

Ajax's PHzin and Team Exeed's Obrun were defeated semi-finalists but still earned their place in the Open.

There were only two players who managed to go undefeated at the Troubadour. Tekkz snatched victory from the jaws of defeat against Neissat in his winning run, converting a late penalty before going on to win 6-4 in extra time.

FacuCowen also went the entire qualifier without losing, earning back-to-back victories against Montaxer and Seanldw in the knockouts.

Rising Italian talent AntoniniGabriel was named the Sony PS5 Player of the Day on Day Two after defeating Klinger and Levi De Weerd, with the 17-year-old being the youngest player at this stage.

De Weerd recovered from that defeat to overcome JH7 and reach the Open, while Young showed up when it mattered most to convincingly beat Neissat 9-2.

Fouma impressed in Group 2, winning a heavyweight clash against Nicolas99fc 5-3 and beating H1dalgo 7-1 to safely progress.

H1dalgo still joined the Frenchman in qualifying for the Open, as he came out of an incredibly close contest against Ollelito with an 8-7 win after extra time, capitalising on a Virgil van Dijk mistake to score with Neymar in the 117th minute.

Seanldw was the other player to progress from Day Two thanks to a 90th-minute winner against Leks in his final match.

Day Three's knockout matches saw some of the sport's biggest names compete, with invitees Emre Yilmaz, Vejrgang, Umut and Bonanno all safely qualifying from Group 3 on Sunday night.

2023 eLaLiga champion Bonanno won the Sony Player of the Day award for his two wins against Vejrgang and Yilmaz.

Group 4 may not have been quite as packed with star names, but it did deliver some of the weekend's most dramatic moments.

Where Hansa Rostock player Lukas breezed into the FC Pro Open - winning his two knockout matches by a combined scoreline of 11-4 - the task was considerably tougher for the group's other participants.

Saudi Arabia's AbuMakkah narrowly defeated fellow countryman The1OS in his second game to qualify, although his opponent would also advance to the FC Pro Open after beating Kekkova 4-2 in a decider.

The remaining qualification spot in Group B went to Mexico's Happy, whose two knockout victories will live long in the memory.

After beating MUAE14 11-10 on penalties, the 18-year-old would score in the final seconds of added-time against JistenNSQ to win their decider 4-3 - and seal his place at the FC Pro Open.
