EA SPORTS FC™ and Apple have teamed up to give EA SPORTS FC™ Founders a unique one-time only QR code, that gives you access to a free* 1-month trial for the Apple MLS Season pass. 

A link will be shared via email (if you’re signed up to receive EA emails). Scan the QR code to go to Apple’s landing page to redeem the offer.

WHAT IS THE IN-GAME APPLE MLS SEASON PASS OFFER?

With the MLS Season Pass, you can watch every match – including playoffs, Leagues Cup, and MLS Cup – no matter where you live. Watch matches live and on demand with no blackouts or restrictions on Apple TV across Apple devices, smart TVs, streaming devices, set-top boxes, game consoles, and on the web at tv.apple.com.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE OFFER?

To be eligible to receive the offer, players must hold FC Founder status, have an Apple ID (not a Child Account), log into EA SPORTS FC™ 24 and connect to EA servers between 21 March 09:00 PT (16:00 UTC) and 21 April 23:59 PT (22 April 06:59 UTC), and be located in one of the following countries:

HOW DO I OBTAIN FOUNDER STATUS?

EA SPORTS FC™ Founder Status celebrates the fans who have joined EA SPORTS FC™ at the start of a new era for The World’s Game. Players must have played EA SPORTS FC™ 24 by 1 November 2023 to become a Founder and unlock benefits including an exclusive Founder badge and kit to represent your status for years to come. In addition, Founders get access to benefits throughout EA SPORTS FC™ 24 and beyond.

WHERE DO I FIND MY OFFER?

An in-game message will appear when you launch EA SPORTS FC 24 and connect to EA Servers. This in-game message will hold a QR code. After scanning the QR code you will be redirected to Apple’s landing page where you can redeem the offer.

If you are signed up to receive EA emails, a link will also be shared with you via email and will initiate the same process as explained above. A message holding the QR code will also be featured in the Live Tab in the main menu.

In case of issues when trying to redeem the offer, the Apple Care Support team will check your eligibility and issue a code. Please use the following link: https://support.apple.com/billing

THE QR CODE WAS VISIBLE IN-GAME, BUT I CAN NO LONGER SEE THE MESSAGE, HOW CAN I RETRIEVE MY CODE?

A link to the offer will be sent to the email address registered to your EA Account (if you’re signed up to receive EA emails). A message with the QR code will also be visible in the Live Tab in the main menu.

WHERE DO I REDEEM MY OFFER?

You can redeem your offer by scanning the QR code and following the instructions on Apple's redemption page which you will be redirected to. 

You will also receive an email which will include a link to Apple's redemption page to redeem the offer.

CAN I USE MY OFFER MULTIPLE TIMES?

No, this is a one-time offer.

WHEN IS THE OFFER VALID UNTIL?

Within the game, the last grant date is 21 April 23:59 PT (22 April 07:59 UTC). The QR code will remain valid for another 4 weeks. Hence, the last date to redeem the offer is 19 May 23:59 PT (20 May 07:59 UTC).

SOMETHING IS NOT WORKING, WHAT DO I DO?

If you are eligible and within the valid time period of this offer, but something does not seem to work when trying to redeem the offer, please reach out to the Apple Care Support team via: https://support.apple.com/billing

Each unique code is specific to a region. 

If you are located in one of the following countries, your code will only work in that specified country: United States of America, Canada, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.

If you are located in Central America or South America, your code will work in the following countries:
