As we ramp up the season finale of one of the closest title fights in recent years - both in the Constructor’s and Driver’s championship - Season 4 of F1 24’s live service celebrates the legacy of champions past and present.
Throughout Season 4, running from November 13 - January 6, players across all platforms can take on a new Pro Challenge, Challenge Career, and a selection of iconic Race Scenarios, each featuring a number of unique Champion-themed rewards and customisation items for use throughout the game.
Here’s what’s coming up over the next few weeks:
All players across PlayStation, Xbox Series, and PC can join the grid as part of the Free To Play weekend. Those racing in-game through the weekend can level up quickly with Double XP across various game modes to unlock new content and rewards.
New players can also purchase the game at 60% off the standard retail price from platform retailers during these dates, with all in-game progress and unlocked content saved from the free trial.
Whether you’re a new player who’s looking to hit the ground running, or an existing racer looking to further progress in this season’s Podium Pass, this is a perfect time to get on the grid. Be sure to regularly check your progress Podium Pass as you level up with double XP during the weekend to claim your rewards.
Another season, another Pro Challenge to take on. This time, you’ll test your skill against McLaren’s Oscar Piastri around the Circuit of the Americas.
You’ll have to wait until November 13th to see what the rewards will be for this particular Pro Challenge. Come back then to find out.
Following last season’s Challenge Career featuring Ayrton Senna, we’ve got another G.O.A.T contender in Season 4, as we celebrate Lewis Hamilton’s record-breaking tenure with Mercedes coming to a close, ahead of his move to Ferrari for the 2025 season.
With six Drivers Championship titles and over 150 podiums, we couldn’t let this amazing career milestone go by without looking back on Lewis’ journey with the silver arrows.
Take on a series of races at the tracks where the #44 car had its most memorable victories, and unlock rewards for completing each Episode:
To find Challenge Career, head to Career > Challenge Career from the main menu.
Season 4 kicks off with an epic partnership that you’ll have to wait a little longer to find out about.
For now, we’ll just say that it’s fit for a Champion and will be something all players can enjoy.
As the 2024 season draws to a close, we can’t help but cast our minds back to the epic showdown between Verstappen and Hamilton in Abu Dhabi in 2021.
In this special Race Scenario, you can choose to play out either driver’s perspective: behind the visor of Max to repeat history, or as Lewis to change it and take that elusive eighth title.
Finish in the top 30% of each Race Scenario leaderboard as both drivers, and you’ll earn 2000 PitCoin**; 1000 from each perspective.
Our celebration of champions continues with one of Max Verstappen’s greatest victories, two years ago at Spa-Francorchamps.
Despite starting 14th on the grid, Max put on an outrageous display of raw speed to win the race, and this Scenario tasks you with re-creating that very same performance, albeit in the 2024 Red Bull at a 35% distance race.
Complete the event to unlock the “Number 1” character pose.
Season 4’s selection of Race Scenarios is rounded off with a look back to 2014 and Hamilton’s epic battle with teammate Nico Rosberg in Bahrain.
In this Scenario race, you relive that tense on-track battle from the perspective of Lewis in his 2024 Mercedes, this time battling George Russell for victory.
Stay ahead to the checkered flag and you’ll unlock the “Hammer Time” emote.
To take any of these Race Scenarios, head to F1 World > Play > Solo & Multiplayer Events.
Throughout every F1® 24 Live Season, you can back your favorite driver and team, with predictions across key battles taking place in the real sport.
Jump into Fanzone before each Grand Prix to vote on which driver or team you think will come out on top in the next race. The players who correctly predict the results will earn a Fan Points boost that will increase your Fanzone’s standings in the fight for bragging rights in the Fanzone Championship. Plus, earn Fan Tokens to craft some all-important upgrades in the F1® World garage.
For Season 3, here’s how the tables ended. Did you pick a winning driver or team?***
