Reminder of Our Expectations for Inclusive Play

The Electronic Arts Competitive Gaming Entertainment (CGE) division does not tolerate hate speech of any kind.

As the Apex Legends Global Series, EA SPORTS FIFA 21 Global Series, and the Madden NFL 21 Championship Series proceed, we want to remind everyone in our communities that a culture of inclusion is a top priority. We believe Black Lives Matter, we stand against racial injustice, and we support all underrepresented groups as we seek to create a more equal, inclusive and diverse world. To that end, we will remove individuals from CGE competition who perpetuate racist, xenophobic, homophobic, transphobic or sexist behaviors.

In order to ensure fairness and competitive play inclusivity, all competitors are expected to adhere to sportsmanship standards within the EA Code of Conduct, as well as each franchise’s respective rulesets.

We look forward to more great competition, and appreciate everyone helping us build and champion positive and inclusive communities.
