Hot on the heels of GRID Legends: Enduring Spirit, comes the third premium content pack for GRID Legends. GRID Legends: Rise of Ravenwest is available to download now.
A Legend is born in GRID Legends: Rise of Ravenwest
In the latest content pack, available as part of the GRID Legends: Deluxe Edition or purchasable separately, iconic GRID World Series team Ravenwest Motorsport return to the limelight with antagonists Nathan and Ryan McKane taking up starring roles.
11 new story events feature in this nostalgia-fuelled look into the dramatic history of Ravenwest that includes the legacy of Donnie McKane, as well as the key moments that led to Nathan McKane’s five GRID World Series titles. Each era has a distinct look and feel, matching the game and era they represent - from Ravenwest’s first appearance in the early 2000s, through to Race Driver: GRID, and beyond.
Included in this update is the return of another classic GRID location - Miami. This street circuit has had a dramatic uplift since its last outing in GRID 2 and looks stunning no matter which time of day you’re racing in. There are six layouts to choose from, adding even more variety to GRID Legends’ packed Race Creator.
There’s also another bundle of cars for you to get behind, including three classic American muscle cars: the Ford Mustang ‘67 Fastback, Chevrolet ‘67 Corvette C2, and the Chrysler ‘71 Plymouth GTX - plus, a timeless rally icon - the BMW 320 Turbo Group 5.
There are ten new achievements/trophies to unlock as well as a selection of new sponsor objectives, liveries, icons, and banners to further customise your look.
GRID Legends: Rise of Ravenwest is available now as part of the GRID Legends: Deluxe Edition or purchasable separately. Can’t upgrade right away? If you have a friend with the Deluxe Edition, you’re able to loan the new cars and race at Miami for online races at no additional cost.
Take GRID Legends for a spin
Following on from GRID Legends’ being added to the EA Play List for EA Play subscribers and those with Game Pass Ultimate, a free trial is now available for those on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
The PlayStation trial offers you a sneak peek at the narrative-driven story mode, Driven to Glory, with access to the first six events.
If you choose to upgrade to the full game, your progress in Driven to Glory will carry over. You’ll of course get access to everything else GRID Legends has to offer, including Career, Race Creator, Multiplayer, and more.
Christmas is Coming
Whether you like it or not, the holiday season is on the horizon and GRID Legends will have some limited-time content to celebrate.
Just like with Halloween a couple of weeks ago, we’ll have some festive lights projected across the streets of Chicago in a special 5 lap race featuring GT2 Class vehicles.
Plus, when the snowy-scapes of Chicago have had an extra dusting making them look even more in keeping with this time of the year.
