About Code Redemption

Before redeeming a code, log in to your account and make sure you have linked your EA Account to your in-game account. Otherwise, you will be unable to redeem the code.

• Pay attention to the redemption conditions and validity period. A code cannot be redeemed after it expires.

• Each redemption code can only be used once.

• After successful code redemption, your redeemed item will be delivered to you via in-game mail. For issues, contact in-game support or visit EA Help.
