1. What is the Madden NFL 24: NFL+ Edition?

2. How do I redeem my 3-month NFL+ Premium subscription?
Your unique one-time use code will be emailed to you upon purchase of the Madden NFL 24: NFL+ Edition and can be redeemed at NFL.com or in the NFL app. A copy of your code will also be sent to your EA Account and available after you login to your account at www.ea.com.
To redeem your NFL+ Premium subscription offer, you must create an NFL account and provide a valid credit card number. Subscription must be redeemed within ninety (90) days from date of purchase. NFL+ is $14.99/month after 3-month promotional period. Subscription automatically renews until canceled. Redemption steps below:
1. Click the NFL+ redemption link that was sent to your email
2. Click 'Redeem Now'
3. Sign Up for an NFLID account or Sign In to an existing account
4. Input your credit card information
5. Enter Coupon Code into Coupon field that is found in your email
6. Click 'Confirm preauthorization' after coupon discount has been applied

3. When will I receive my monthly MUT Packs from the Madden NFL 24: NFL+ Edition?
Madden NFL 24: NFL+ Edition purchasers will receive 3 monthly MUT packs (1 pack per month between September through November) that will be automatically entitled to users EA accounts. The first MUT pack will be made available in-game beginning September 4, 2023, the second MUT Pack will be made available in-game beginning October 11, 2023, and the third MUT Pack will be made available in-game beginning November 11, 2023. Player items in these packs are non-tradeable, and every monthly MUT Pack contains the same player item(s) for that month. All three packs will be available in-game until November 30, 2023, so remember to log into Madden Ultimate Team™ and claim them before then!
4. Where do I go if I need help with my NFL+ Premium Subscription?
For help, please visit support.nfl.com. A copy of your code will also be sent to your EA Account and available after you login to your account at www.ea.com.
