MUT Champs, Other Modes Closing for Madden NFL 18
As we’re gearing up for Madden NFL 19, the dev team recently gave the community a sneak peek at what they can expect in MUT for next season.
And there’s plenty more to come with Madden 19, but in the excitement of what’s ahead, this led to a lot of questions about what’s currently happening. As the new season edges closer, that does mean that some features of Madden 18 will no longer be available.
You can still play MUT Champions in Madden 18 until the end of the season, the weekend of June 28 – July 1, 2018. This means you won’t be able to play Champions Mode in Madden 18 after July 1. However, you’ll still be able to enjoy all other Ultimate Team content in Madden 18.
There are a few other features that will be closing leading up to the Madden 19 launch:
- NFL Replays: Just a final reminder that this week is the final release for NFL Replays
- Power Ups: Power Ups will be ending on Friday, June 8, with the release of a new promo.
- H2H Series/MUT Squad Rewards: There will not be a Series 5 for the H2H Season and no new updates to MUT Squad Rewards going forward.
The Madden community has been extremely competitive all-season long. While the door closes on these features, this only means we’re close to kicking off the next season! Get ready for launch on August 10.
We’re looking forward to seeing you on the gridiron!
