NBA LIVE Mobile Soft Launch Transition FAQ

NBA LIVE Mobile has re-launched an updated version with brand new features, game mechanics and more. As a part of this process, you may have noticed that your team looks different. These are some of the most frequently asked questions about the soft launch transition of NBA LIVE Mobile. Q: WHERE DID MY ITEMS GO?

ANSWER: You have not lost any items. Your items have been assigned to one of five lineups based on Highest OVR, Line Up Eligibility and Position. For example, if you had two shooting guards and you don’t see them on your lineup, check your bench as only the highest OVR Shooting Guard will be assigned to that lineup.

Q: WHERE DID THE BALANCED LINEUP GO?

ANSWER: The Balanced lineup was replaced with the new Two Way Lineup. However, not all prior Balanced players are eligible for the Two Way Lineup. Check your other lineups and benches to find where your previous Balanced players landed.

Q:  CAN I RE-USE ITEMS IN NEW LINEUPS?

ANSWER: No, items cannot be used in multiple lineups. You will need to make strategic decisions on whom fills your different lineups in your roster of 25 Active Players.

Q: WHAT HAPPENS TO MY UNOPENED PACKS, COINS AND NBA CASH?

ANSWER: All unopened packs, coins and NBA Cash will carry over during this transition.

Q: DID I LOSE MY SEASON PROGRESS?

ANSWER: No, no Season progress was lost. You will notice new Lineups and Collectibles are available in the newly-tuned Season Mode when you start a new season.

Q: DID I LOSE MY HEAD TO HEAD PROGRESS?

ANSWER: No fan progress will be lost during this process. However, if you were in the middle of a head to head game, that game will no longer be available. To resume play, find your opponent in your Rivals list.

Q: WHAT HAPPENED TO MY ITEMS COMMITTED TO NON-COMPLETED SETS?

ANSWER: These items have been returned to your bench.
