Play the Latest Turf Takeover Map in Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville

Set sail to Tourist Trap Island and earn fresh prizes in the Garden Party Festival!

Grab your sun hat, it’s time for a Garden Party! As part of this update, you’ll find Prize Map rewards cooler than a tall glass of iced-Z (Dr. Zomboss’ iced beverage of choice) and a ship-shape new Turf Takeover map. Plus, the Lost and Found Event kicks off this month. For more information, jump into the game.

Starting June 1, use your Prize Bulbs to party down in the Prize Map and earn field-fresh rewards, like the Common Majorly Magenta costume for Space Cadet when you reach the mid-way point. Take a single path to the end of the Prize Map to earn the Legendary Future Crop costume and complete the entire map to earn the Legendary Highly Decorated Crop costume for Peashooter.

We’re also releasing a brand-new Turf Takeover map: Tourist Trap Island. Dr. Zomboss has built storm machines to shipwreck passing boats on his ill-fated island. If he’s not stopped, the human passengers’ brains might be next on the menu of the zombie cruise line’s mediocre buffet!

Tourist Trap Island has four main objectives. First, you’ll start out in Neighborville’s local aquatic center where you’ll work to power up Jump Jets that propel you to Tourist Trap Island – just watch out for Zomboss’ stormy weather machine! Once you reach Tourist Trap Island, a seemingly idyllic resort destination thanks to the weather machine-created microclimate, you’ll notice the cove isn’t exactly what it seems. Cameras and periscopes pop out of palm trees and bulge from bamboo! Plants will have to destroy one weather machine relay while zombies defend it.

Traveling to the other side of the island reveals the true nature of Zomboss’ plan. Using another weather machine relay, he’s created tornadoes to build a storm and wreck all the tourist ships, stranding them (and their tasty, tasty brains) on the island! Once the plants manage to find the entrance to Zomboss’ hidden-secret-evil lair, they must make their way to the Weather or Not control room to turn off the hurricane. Can they do it? What’s the hidden surprise for the zombies if they can pull off the win? And how fresh is that shrimp in the zombie cruise buffet? Make sure you play Tourist Trap Island to find out!
