What is the difference between the standard edition and deluxe edition of the game?
- Players who purchase the Star Wars Jedi: Survivor standard edition will receive the base game only. Players who purchase the Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Deluxe Edition will receive cosmetic items inspired by Han Solo™, Luke Skywalker™ and R2-D2™. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Deluxe Edition is only available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. Can standard edition owners upgrade to the deluxe edition?
- Players who purchase the Standard Edition on disc or digital for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC can digitally upgrade to the Deluxe Edition on the same platform at any time.
- Deluxe Edition is not available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Players who purchase the Standard Edition on disc or digital for PlayStation 4 will need to digitally upgrade to the PlayStation 5 Standard Edition before they can digitally upgrade to the PlayStation 5 Deluxe Edition. The digital upgrade for the PlayStation 4 to the PlayStation 5 Standard Edition will be available on September 17, 2024. Players who purchase the digital Standard Edition for Xbox One will need to digitally upgrade to the Xbox Series X|S Standard Edition on the same platform before they can digitally upgrade to the Xbox Series X|S Deluxe Edition. The digital upgrade for the digital Standard Edition of Xbox One to the Xbox Series X Standard Edition will be available starting on October 1, 2024 at 12am UTC. There is no Deluxe Edition upgrade path available for owners of the Xbox One disc version.
Does the Star Wars Jedi: Survivor on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One have a pre-order offer? When will I receive the pre-order offer content?
- Yes, players who pre-order* the Star Wars Jedi: Survivor on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One will receive cosmetic items to outfit Cal with Obi-Wan Kenobi™ inspired “Jedi Survival'' Cosmetic Pack* in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. You will automatically receive access to the preorder content when the game launches on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 17, 2024. These cosmetics can be equipped as soon as the feature is available in-game. Will players who order the deluxe edition get the Obi Wan pre-order cosmetics as well?
- No, the Obi-Wan Kenobi inspired "Jedi Survival" cosmetic pack is available for pre-orders only.
Do the deluxe edition cosmetics have any in-game benefits or are they purely cosmetic?
- Both the Pre-order and Deluxe edition cosmetics are purely visual and do not affect gameplay in any other way.
Is there a way to get early access to Star Wars Jedi: Survivor?
- Star Wars Jedi: Survivor launched April 28, 2023 and is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC! Coming to Playstation 4 and Xbox One on September 17, 2024. There are no plans for early access for Playstation 4 and Xbox One at this time.
Does Star Wars Jedi: Survivor require an internet connection to play?
- Players who purchase a physical copy of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be required to connect to the internet to install a Day 1 patch but can play offline after that, if they so choose. Players who purchase the game on a digital storefront will receive the patch with their game download.
Are there any microtransactions in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor?
- There are no microtransactions in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. Aside from pre-order and Deluxe edition skins, all cosmetic items can be discovered and collected in-game.
Is there multiplayer or co-op?
- Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is a narrative-driven, single-player game. There is no multiplayer (co-op or PVP) in the game.
Is Star Wars Jedi: Survivor a sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order?
- Yes, this is the next chapter following on from Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. You don’t need to have played the previous game to play Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, as each game can stand alone.
Will there be adjustable difficulty levels in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor?
- Yes! There are five selectable difficulty levels so if you’re looking for a more challenging experience you can make the game harder or if you’d prefer something easier to get through the story that’s available as well.
Is Star Wars Jedi: Survivor an open world game?
- Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is not an open world game. Some of the planets players will visit throughout Cal’s journey will feature more expansive exploration than Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order for those who like to discover hidden secrets, challenges, and collectibles.
Will progress or save files from Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order transfer over to Star Wars Jedi: Survivor?
- Progress or save files from Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will not transfer over to Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.
Will progress or save files from Star Wars Jedi: Survivor transfer over on the same platform?
- Progress or save files from Star Wars Jedi: Survivor can transfer from PlayStation 4 to Playstation 5, Xbox One to Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox Series X|S to Xbox One on the same platform. However, players cannot transfer progress or save files from Playstation 5 to PlayStation 4.
- PlayStation save file transfer will require an update. Make sure you update your PS5 game before migrating saves.
What platforms is Star Wars Jedi: Survivor launching on?
- Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will launch in retail and digital storefronts on September 17 for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 for $49.99.
- Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is available now in retail and digital storefronts for the Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC via the EA app, Steam and Epic Games Store.
Will Star Wars Jedi: Survivor launch on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One?
- Yes, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will launch on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 17th.
Will you need to have the EA app installed when playing the game via Steam or Epic?

Will there be controller support for PC?

Will Star Wars Jedi: Survivor be included in EA Play?

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be available for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S immediately after purchase depending on platform, and available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 17, 2024.
What does Dual Entitlement mean?
- The STAR WARS™ Jedi Cross-Gen Bundle Edition gives you dual entitlement for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. Dual Entitlement means you can upgrade your copy of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and Star Wars Jedi: Survivor from PlayStation 4 to PlayStation 5, or Xbox One to Xbox Series X|S at no additional cost. Simply put, it gives you access to both games on both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, or Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
How do I make sure I benefit from Dual Entitlement on my PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S?
- If you buy the STAR WARS™ Jedi Cross-Gen Bundle Edition and start playing on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One, you’ll be able to upgrade your copy once you have the corresponding next generation console (PlayStation 4 to PlayStation 5, or Xbox One to Xbox Series X|S) by downloading to your new console.
