Natali Altshuler, VP, Head of Operations, EA SPORTS reflects on a year of growth.

Natali Altshuler, VP, Head of Operations, EA SPORTS reflects on a year of growth and shares what it means for the team moving forward

It’s hard to believe that the end of the year is already just around the corner – but what an incredible year of growth it’s been for EA SPORTS!

Over the past twelve months alone, we’ve released EA SPORTS FIFA 22, EA SPORTS Madden NFL 22, EA SPORTS NHL 22, as well as announced that we have two other highly-anticipated titles under development (EA SPORTS College Football and EA SPORTS PGA Tour). We’ve also welcomed new additions to our team and portfolio through recent acquisitions, and have seen more engagement in our games and live services than ever before, with many of our franchises hitting record highs.

We know that to make the world’s best sports games, we need the world’s best talent – and our thanks goes to our incredibly creative and passionate teams around the globe for bringing these experiences to life for hundreds of millions to enjoy. As we look ahead, we plan to continue growing our teams across EA SPORTS, so we can build on the momentum of this past year – bringing more games to more people, platforms, and geographies.

With that, I am pleased to announce today that we are expanding our recruitment efforts to new locations in both North America and Europe – including remote work opportunities based out of Atlanta, United States and Toronto, Canada, which are now open, as well as plans underway for our expansion to London, United Kingdom and Seattle, United States.

Along with these cities being incredible hubs for talent in the technology industry, we also believe in the importance of cultivating a workforce that reflects our global player community – understanding that diverse perspectives help fuel innovation and create games that resonate authentically with our players from around the world.

We are excited to drive our mission to “grow the love of sports” forward, advancing play and pushing the bounds of sports entertainment with an expanded, global team.
