WHAT IS THE EA SPORTS FC 24 x NIKE AIR MAX TN KIT OFFER?

EA SPORTS FC™ and Nike, Inc. have teamed up to provide eligible EA SPORTS™ FC 24 users located in the United States with an offer for exclusive access to purchase a Nike Air Max Tn physical kit, while supplies last. To qualify for the offer, eligible users must acquire the digital Nike Air Max Tn kit (image below) in Ultimate Team™, link their EA Account and Nike Membership and follow the redemption flow outlined below.

WHAT ARE THE KEY DATES I NEED TO KNOW TO REDEEM MY OFFER?

The following are key dates to be aware of in regards to redeeming your offer:

• Eligibility Window: April 25, 2024 at 10:00 AM PT to April 29, 2024 at 9:00 AM PT

The digital Nike Air Max Tn kit will be available in Ultimate Team beginning April 25, 2024 at 10:00 AM PT. Users must acquire the digital kit by April 29, 2024 at 9:00 AM PT to be eligible for the offer. The Nike Air Max Tn kit can be acquired from the Ultimate Team Store for 45,000 FC Coins or 450 FC Points, or it can be acquired as part of the Nike Air Max Bundle for 137,500 FC Coins or 1375 FC Points.

• Offer Window: April 29, 2024 at 10:00 AM PT to May 2, 2024 at 21:00 PM PT

Users who acquire the digital Nike Air Max Tn kit during the ‘Eligibility Window’ will receive a message the next time they log into FC 24, beginning April 29, 2024 at 10:00 AM PT. Users must scan the QR code and complete the redemption steps by May 2, 2024 at 21:00 PM PT to be eligible to redeem the offer.

• Redemption Window: May 9, 2024 at 9:00 AM PT to May 16, 2024 at 17:00 PM PT, or while supplies last

Eligible users who link their EA Account and Nike Membership during the ‘Offer Window’ will receive a ‘Member Access’ push notification from the Nike mobile app, beginning May 9, 2024 at 9:00 AM PT. Users can redeem the offer to purchase the physical kit (retail $105 USD) during this time while supplies last.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE OFFER?

• To be qualified for the offer, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:
  • Be located in the USA (USA-based IP address and shipping address)
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Acquire the Nike Air Max Tn kit in Ultimate Team during the ‘Eligibility Window’ 

• To redeem the offer, qualified users will need to:
  • Own EA SPORTS FC™ 24 on PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC or Nintendo Switch™, and be connected to the internet
  • Have an EA account
  • Have a Nike Membership
  • Have the Nike App downloaded on their mobile phone, with push notifications enabled both in the Nike App and within your mobile device settings

WHAT STEPS MUST I COMPLETE TO REDEEM THE OFFER?

• To redeem the offer, eligible users must complete the following steps:
  • Acquire the in-game Nike Air Max Tn kit in the Ultimate Team mode in EA SPORTS FC™ 24 during the ‘Eligibility Window’ 
  • Sign into EA SPORTS FC™ 24 with the same EA Account that was used to acquire the in-game Nike Air Max Tn kit during the ‘Offer Window’ to receive the offer, where users will then go through the following steps to redeem:
    • Scan the QR code in the offer pop-up message using a mobile phone
    • The QR code will redirect users to the Nike App 
    • User must then link their EA Account and Nike Membership
    • Ensure Nike App push notifications are enabled both in the Nike App and within your mobile device settings
  • After registering for the offer, users will receive a mobile push notification from Nike during the ‘Redemption Window’ to purchase the kit while supplies last.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT HAVE THE NIKE APP OR A NIKE MEMBERSHIP?

• To redeem the offer users must have both a Nike Membership and the Nike App installed on their mobile phone.
• If a user does not have the Nike App installed, they will be prompted to download it after scanning the in-game QR code. After installing the Nike App, users will need to re-scan the in-game QR code to continue.
• If users do not have a Nike Membership, they will be prompted to create one to proceed.

WHERE DO I FIND MY OFFER?

• Eligible users will receive an offer pop-up message in-game during the ‘Offer Window’
  • This pop-up message will contain a QR code which users must scan with their mobile phone.
  • After scanning the QR code users will be redirected to the Nike App to redeem the offer. 
• An in-game message with the QR code will also remain visible to eligible users in Ultimate Team until the end of the ‘Offer Window’.
• Once the ‘Offer Window’ has expired, the offer will no longer be visible or available.

I RECEIVED A POP-UP MESSAGE WITH THE QR CODE IN-GAME, BUT I CAN NO LONGER SEE THE MESSAGE. CAN I STILL RETRIEVE MY OFFER?

• An in-game message with the QR code will remain visible to eligible users in Ultimate Team until the end of the ‘Offer Window’.
• Once the ‘Offer Window’ has expired, the offer will no longer be visible or available.

WHERE DO I REDEEM MY OFFER?

• You can redeem your offer by scanning the QR code in-game during the ‘Offer Window’ and following the instructions on Nike's redemption page within the Nike App to which you will be redirected.

ARE THERE ANY LIMITATIONS OF THE OFFER?

• There is a limit of 1,000 physical Nike Air Max Tn kits available for purchase through this offer, and they will be available on a first-come-first-served basis during the ‘Redemption Window’ while supplies last. 
• Successful offer registration via the Nike App does not guarantee inventory availability.
• To be qualified for the offer, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:
  • Be located in the USA (USA-based IP address and shipping address)
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Acquire the Nike Air Max Tn kit in EA SPORTS FC 24 Ultimate Team during the ‘Offer Window’

CAN I USE MY OFFER MULTIPLE TIMES?

• The opportunity to purchase the physical Nike Air Max Tn kit is limited to one (1) kit per qualified user.

WHEN IS THE OFFER VALID UNTIL?

• To be eligible to receive the offer, qualified users must acquire the Nike Air Max Tn kit during the ‘Eligibility Window’.
• The offer will then be valid during the ‘Offer Window’.
