Sharing Our 2022 Impact Report

Today, we released our annual Impact Report highlighting our commitments and progress across diversity, equity and inclusion, cultural indicators, social impact, positive play, environmental sustainability and more.

Our ability to inspire the world to play is advanced by our talented teams and their continued commitment to making a positive impact.  Through their dedication to creating amazing games and services, we saw the power of what we can accomplish for our players, our communities, and our company.

Here are just some of the highlights from this year’s Impact Report:

• We increased underrepresented talent in executive (VP+) roles by 46 percentage points over the last two years
• We increased representation of women and underrepresented talent year over year by embedding principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion in our people practices.
• We continued our commitment to pay equity by maintaining base pay equity based on gender globally and based on race/ethnicity in the United States, and expanding our analysis to include incentive compensation.
• We continued to develop diverse characters, storylines, and features within our games through our Inclusive Design Framework.
• We continued to create a positive impact in our communities by supporting more than 4,300 nonprofits focused on STEAM education, social justice, and disaster relief with almost $8 million in company grants, sponsorships, and matching gifts.
• We honored the legacy of John Madden by creating the John Madden Legacy Commitment to Education, committing $5 million over five years to support access to STEAM education, and a scholarship fund in partnership with the United Negro College Fund, which will support students at 12 Historically Black Colleges and Universities. 
• We scaled our environmental sustainability efforts and increased transparency by disclosing our Scope 1 and 2 emissions for the first time.
• We expanded our use of renewable energy; ten of our data centers and four of our offices use 100% renewable energy.

While we are proud of the progress we have made on these critical initiatives, this is an ongoing journey. We continue to hold ourselves accountable to our commitments, and transparently share our results. For now, learn more in the 2022 Impact Report here.
