LeSean McCoy flourished in his first year in new head coach Chip Kelly’s high-octane attack. He led the league with more than 1,600 rushing yards, and his 2,146 all-purpose yards were also tops in the NFL. The man they call “Shady” has made his case for the being the NFL’s best all-around back due to his ability to run inside, outside and catch the ball out of the backfield.

With the Precision Modifier in Madden NFL 25, LeSean McCoy instantly became one of the most used backs in the game. With the ability to cut on a dime, McCoy could quickly turn a run that was going nowhere into a game-breaker. Patience is key for McCoy and with 99 Elusive and 98 Acceleration, players can wait until the holes open up before running free with Shady.
KEY PLAY: STRONG CLOSE – HB OFF TACKLE
By learning to read your blockers on this run, McCoy can be trouble for a defense. Be patient and wait for the blocks to seal before cutting hard off tackle. With McCoy’s agility, you can quickly shift lanes if a hole opens up.
Pro Tip: If the defense is packed in the middle, try the Quick Toss from this formation and go for the home run.
