Ascendant Studios Makes Their Debut with Immortals of AveumTM
Players were able to catch a glimpse into Ascendant Studios’ creative vision for their debut title, Immortals of Aveum - a groundbreaking new single-player, first-person magic shooter set in a fantastical world engulfed in magic, rife with conflict, and on the verge of oblivion.
EA Originals is partnering with an incredible team of veteran developers at Ascendant Studios who are committed to making AAA games that tell unforgettable stories. Omega Force Continues to Shake Up the Hunting Genre with New Look at the Kemono
After revealing WILD HEARTSTM - their new AAA hunting game set in fantasy feudal Japan - and giving players a glimpse into the game’s innovative crafting mechanisms, Karakuri, EA Originals and KOEI TECMO’s Omega Force surprised fans with yet another feature last night. This time, they showcased the ferocious Kemono, giant beasts that have fused with their environments and wield the power of nature itself.
Players will need to battle Kemono of all sizes - like Deathstalker the savage wolf, Amaterasu the giant hawk, and Golden Tempest the ferocious, unforgiving tiger on display in the new teaser - to become the greatest hunter and tame a world gone wild. Experience them in action here.

Josef Fares, Winner of Last Years’ Game of the Year It Takes Two, Passes the Torch
Things came full circle last night when Josef Fares, Founder of Hazelight Studios and Game Director of 2021’s Game of the Year, presented this year’s biggest award. Having partnered with EA Originals to create award-winning titles A Way Out and last year’s co-op adventure It Takes Two, Josef and his team at Hazelight embodies the label’s initiative to connect players with bold, unconventional experiences and untold stories.
