EA SPORTS To Open Retail Store

Have you ever been stuck in an airport, bored out of your mind? I know I have. That’s why I’m so excited about the announcement today that EA SPORTS is opening their first retail store in the Charlotte, North Carolina airport. I almost can’t wait until my next flight is delayed - I’ll be heading right to the store to play some Madden or FIFA and time will fly by.
Chris Erb of EA SPORTS recently spoke with Forbes, elaborating on the upcoming stores and much more. Additionally, an artist’s rendering of the store has been released, showing all kinds of clothes, gear, games, and demo booths.
The store will sell all the best EA SPORTS games and gear as well as allow fans to try out game demos on location. At least two more stores will open in the first year after the original, though locations for those have not yet been announced.
