Meet Glu Mobile, the Newest Member of the Electronic Arts Family

As we officially welcome Glu Mobile’s 800+ global employees to the Electronic Arts family today, we want to share a bit about why we are so excited to join forces. It’s not just because Glu’s games are awesome, which they are. We’ve long admired the success of Glu and have watched its talented team develop some of today’s most coveted mobile franchises, like Design Home, Covet Fashion and MLB Tap Sports Baseball.

This is a team that knows how to build great mobile games. We are eager to learn from and compare notes with the Glu team, and to combine our collective talents to create new mobile experiences for even broader audiences. Together, EA and Glu will bring exceptional experiences to more players and create more ways for you to connect and engage with the games you love.

It’s an important step toward the goal of getting EA games in as many hands as possible. As we continue to scale and make great mobile games, we are committed to creating and innovating with the same player-first mentality that drives the creation of all EA games.

So it’s a big day for Electronic Arts and the beginning of an important new chapter for our company and for players around the world looking to their phones for great games. We can’t wait to show you what we can do together. Stay tuned for all that’s to come!

Welcome Glu, here we go!
