New, Free Downloadable Content for Need for Speed: SHIFT Coming Soon
We're always happy to tell you about free stuff we're giving away. Actually, no, that's not quite true. We're honestly happier when we're charging you and you're buying it, because then we don't have to get real jobs, but, hey, giving away stuff is good for the soul, and it makes you happy. And when you're happy, we're happy.
This happy news item is about the new, upcoming Team Racing pack for Need for Speed: SHIFT, for both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, which introduces one new race mode and five new cars. The new Team Racing mode will let two teams of up to six racers each battle online, which sounds perfect for enabling screaming nerd rage throughout the western world. The five cars include four cars from my distant youth, as well as one from yours: the 1998 Toyota Supra Mark IV.
The Team Racing DLC pack is coming out for the Xbox 360 on December 1, and for the PS3 on December 3 in Europe and December 10 in North America. Remember, kids, no complaining: It's all free!
