The NFL season is underway, football is here, and you’re excited for the action. Problem is, your MUT roster needs help. Like, serious help. And you’re looking for the inside edge to get your Madden Ultimate Team on the right track.
Fortunately, there’s an option if you find that grinding Solos just isn’t enough to boost your team’s OVR. As a member of EA Access or Origin Access, you can now get new packs for Madden NFL 19 each month. By simply logging into MUT, members of EA or Origin Access get packs to strengthen their Ultimate Team roster. This includes both Basic and Premier accounts for Origin Access.
Here’s a breakdown of the program.
- What content do I get in Madden for being an Access Member?
- Active EA Access Members will receive one monthly Gold Team Fantasy Pack in MUT.
- Active Origin Access Basic Members will receive one monthly Gold Team Fantasy Pack in MUT.
- Active Origin Access Premier Members will have the ability to select Two Gold Players per month for use in MUT by way of Gold Team Fantasy Packs.
- What day will I get my monthly content award?
- On the second day of each month. If you’re an active member at 11:59 p.m. on the first day of the month, you’ll get your award.
- How do I claim my award?
- To receive the first award, a user must have Madden installed (with an active EA/Origin Access entitlement) and be logged into MUT.
- What if I start a membership or don’t log in until after the second day of the month?
- No worries, you’ll receive your first reward when logging into MUT as an active Access member. You’ll receive a second award on the second day of the following month.
- What if I don’t log in for an entire month, but had an active Access membership?
- To guarantee the monthly award, you’ll need to access MUT at least once per month.
- What if I log in but forget to open my award packs that month?
- The packs will accumulate and be available to open by going to the Unopened Packs tile in MUT.
- Where can I find the Award Pack?
- To access content, navigate to the Unopened Packs sections of the Store menu within Ultimate Team and select “Unopened Packs.”

**Requires Madden NFL 19 for applicable platform (sold separately), internet connection, and all game updates. Gold Team Fantasy Packs (“Packs”) for use with one EA Account in Madden Ultimate Team game mode ("MUT") within the product. Each Pack includes your choice of one of 32 gold NFL team player items from the selected team. Packs will be released on the 1st of each month while player is actively subscribed to EA Access or Origin Access, and will be redeemed upon access to the MUT in-game store (“Redemption”). Redemption must occur before 12:00:00am PT on the 2nd day of the following month to receive monthly Packs. Late Redemption will result in forfeiture of previous month’s Pack(s). Valid wherever product is sold. Offer may not be substituted, exchanged, sold or redeemed for cash or other goods or services. May not be combined with any other promotional or discount offer, unless expressly authorized by EA; may not be combined with any prepaid card redeemable for the applicable content.
