F1® Mobile Racing — Server Migration FAQ
Important information on the Server Migration and questions answered
On the 15 of January 2023*, we will be carrying out a server migration on F1® Mobile Racing.
We are committed to providing the best possible racing experience on the mobile platform, and with this, we aim to improve the game's overall connectivity and stability, improving various online elements such as Matchmaking and Duels.
This operation involves transferring a large amount of data across servers. And once this operation has concluded, we will start tweaking various elements from our side to achieve that goal.
While this operation is being carried out, the game will be offline, and as such, you will be unable to play the game during this period. Be sure to keep an eye out on our social media channels, as we will be keeping you updated as things unfold.
Rest assured that your data is safe and will remain unaffected. Additionally, we will offer gifts to everyone upon completion.

When will this happen?
This operation will begin on 15 of January 2023*.
How long will it take?
We expect the process to take at least 48 hours. However, this is subject to change and may take longer.
Why does it take so long?
We are transferring a large amount of data across servers into a new provider. As such, this operation will take a lengthy amount of time to complete due to the sheer size of data that has to be transferred.
Why is the game offline?
The game requires a connection to the servers to function and make use of its online components. As we are changing servers and transferring data, said data will not be available.
Can I still play offline?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to access the game while this operation is being carried out, as the game requires a permanent connection to its servers in order to function correctly.
Will my data be lost or reset?
Your data is safe. We do not intend to delete or reset player data. All your progress, settings, records, and purchases will remain unaffected. Everything will be as you left it from the last time you played the game before this operation began.
What will happen after this is done?
Once this operation has concluded, you will need to update the game to continue playing.
Can I make a backup of my save data?
We do not expect any player data to be lost. However, it is always recommended to back up your save data frequently, even during regular use. We recommend using the following options:
