Can the St. Louis Blues spoil Chicago's Home Opener and continue the season with a perfect record?

Even with having started the season on the road, the Blackhawks have won their first two games thanks in part to the stellar performances of a number of key players, including Marian Hossa, who has already four goals to his name. The Hawks play their first game at home against another undefeated team and division rival, the St. Louis Blues. Led by rookie sensation Vladimir Tarasenko, who is on a scoring tear to start the campaign, the Blues look to spoil the party at the Madhouse on Madison. Watch the Blackhawks take on the Blues on Tuesday January, 22nd at 7:30pm CT/8:30pm ET.

Box Score

Chicago continues the high goal production with another game with at least five goals scored. St. Louis is completely out-matched as they fall to the Blackhawks 5-0. Hossa adds another goal to his name but it's Michael Frolik's 3-pt night that helps his team dismantle the Blues and continue the season undefeated.

Three Stars

Although Corey Crawford earned a shutout thanks to a 21 save performance, the Blues weren’t much of a threat and he earns the Third Star. Captain Jonathan Toews is awarded the Second Star with his 2-pt, +2 effort with Michael Frolik taking First Star honors.
