Pick up your clubs and head to the tees, because Electronic Arts announced today that Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 12: The Masters video game will be coming to the PC and Mac platforms on September 6th! PC and Mac users will be able to finally walk and play the hallowed grounds of Augusta National Golf Club and have an authentic Masters experience at home or on the go.
Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 12: The Masters for PC/Mac will have a host of gameplay features including Road to the Masters, where you’ll begin your career on the amateur tour and work your way to the PGA Tour. You’ll also get to play through memorable moments in Masters history, including Tiger Woods’ four wins there as you try to equal or beat his scores in each round of the Tournament.
The game features 14 championship courses with the Augusta National Golf Club, Pebble Beach, St. Andrews Links and TPC at Sawgrass counted among them. You’ll be able to upload your own image and create your golfer using Photo Game Face technology as you swing your way through course after course.
Additionally, a three-month membership to Tiger Woods PGA TOUR Online is available with Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 12: The Masters. As a member, gamers will have access to additional features such as expanded multiplayer modes, additional courses and group tournaments.
