Today, we are proud to announce the kicker Team of the Season Bundesliga for FIFA Ultimate Team.. This is our third reveal, focusing on the standout players who have made their mark during the current season.
While he made a huge splash in matches against other European Clubs, Borussia Dortmund’s Robert Lewandowski was still a huge threat domestically. Robert scored 24 goals In his 31 matches, nearly doubling teammate Marco Reus’ total of 13. Although the club failed to three-peat as league champions, they do have a chance of finishing as European champions on Saturday, which would more than make up for not winning their league.
For many years, Bayer 04 Leverkusen has finished near the top of the Bundesliga table. A lot of credit for this season’s third place finish should go to striker Stefan Kießling, who finished with a league best 25 goals. He’s been with the club since 2006 and this was his greatest goal production since scoring 21 goals during the 2009-10 season.
When you look at the number of Bayern München players making our Team of the Season, it’s hard to single out one among the group. But if you must, the play of Franck Ribéry is definitely worth highlighting. In his six seasons with the club, he has been a solid producer of both goals and assists. He finished this season leading the club with 14 assists, adding 10 goals as well. The Bavarian club is looking to finish their record-breaking season with a European title over the weekend, and Franck’s play will be a big factor if that is to happen.
If you have been looking for a Bundesliga side to support but don’t want to jump onto the bandwagon of club that starts with the letter “B”, might we suggest FC Schalke 04? This club’s past is filled with history and their roster contains a nice mix of youth and experience. Among their standouts is Jefferson Farfán. The Peruvian is a vital part of their midfield and was a solid producer with 6 goals and 6 assists in 27 matches played this season.
