Every aspiring yogi asks themselves “what yoga level am I?” We are happy to offer a wide variety of classes that cater to yoga beginners and experts alike. (50 classes and 30+ hours of yoga to be exact). The best way to figure out what feels right for you is to test them out.
Level 1
In general, a Level 1 class is appropriate for a yoga beginner or someone who is newer to the practice. The basic yoga poses from Level 1 will be the foundation of new poses in both Level 2 and Level 3. However, even more advanced yogis should also keep some Level 1 programs in their repertoire for those days that you are just feeling like a lighter practice. The shorter classes can also be appropriate as a cool down after a workout, or as a light wake up in the morning.
Level 2
A Level 2 class is perfect for someone with a couple years of experience and a good foundation of practice. We will definitely try to test you in these classes! Expect some new poses to pop up that may seem a little intimidating at first glance. No worries, since we will try to ease you in as you feel a real sense of accomplishment and grow your courage.
Level 3
A Level 3 class is targeted towards an advanced yogi with some fun and challenging poses. A word of warning: Level 3 will kick your butt! Even the short classes are going to make you sweat. These are the classes where you get to try all of those cool things you see other people do in the studio. Want to rock a handstand? Well, no one is watching so you can try it against a wall!
We hope you feel the sense of progression we built lovingly into these programs and are rewarded as we guide you through the experience!
