RoryPlays gives you an overview of the in-game currency system in this Battlefield™ V video.
As you play and progress through the game, take on Daily Missions, and some Special Assignments, you’ll earn Company Coin. This in-game currency gives you the ability to choose items outside your base progression path to further customize your Company. Company Coin also allows you to unlock cosmetic items like jackets, facepaint, weapon skins, and more. At launch, cosmetics were only available for soldiers and weapons, but with the release of Tides of War Chapter 1: Overture, they’re now available for vehicles as well.
The second type of currency is called Battlefield Currency. It’s not currently available but will be able to be purchased with real world money. This type of currency will be exclusively for cosmetic items and will not give players any in-game advantage.
